Privacy policy
What we collect
Account details: your email address, and your name if your sign-in provides one (email, Apple or Google sign-in).
Your pets: name, species, personality and an optional photo you choose to add.
Your activity: the videos you rate (Ignored, Watched or Obsessed), the date you rated them, your daily lineups and how many times you swapped picks.
Settings: your reminder time and which notifications you switched on.
Notifications: if you allow them, a push token for your device, plus the reminder time and pet name used to word the reminder.
Usage analytics: basic, first-party app usage events (such as which screens are opened) to help us improve the app. These are not used for advertising.
How we use it
Only to run PetTV Guide: to build each pet’s daily lineup and learn their taste, keep your pets in sync on every device you sign in on, send the reminders you switch on, and improve the app.
Who processes it
Supabase stores your account and pet data. OneSignal delivers push notifications if you allow them. Apple and Google handle sign-in if you choose them.
Videos open on YouTube, under YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy. Shop links open the retailer’s website, which has its own privacy policy.
Sponsored and affiliate items
Items marked “Sponsored” are paid placements or affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We don’t share your personal data with sponsors or retailers.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while you have an account. In the app, Settings › Delete account removes your account and every pet, rating and lineup for good. Signing out keeps your data so you can sign back in.
You can also email jamieallysonday@gmail.com to ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted.
Children
PetTV Guide is made for adult pet owners and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Questions: jamieallysonday@gmail.com.
